Spectacular new 7000 sq. ft. villa on Anguilla's North Coast, just 1 mile from Shaol Bay East Anguilla's most beautiful beach. The main villa has four en-suite ocean view bedrooms, with outdoor showers and private terraces, gourmet kitchen, dining area inside and out, great room, library, and courtyard. Also included in the second building is a gym and a one bedroom apartment for additional guests.

There are televisions in every bedroom, as well as internet connections. The outdoor deck has an infinity edged pool and separate heated spa.

Enter Shoal Mate Villa through the oversized antique wooden doors into the private courtyard made of Anguilla stonework. The spacious living and dining areas with comfortable furnishings, an entertainment centre with cable TV, DVD player and stereo all vie to distract you from the Caribbean Sea view just beyond the doors.

The large main terrace is centered by a sparkling freshwater swimming pool and Jacuzzi. Comfortable loungers beckon to sun worshippers and wide roofs cater to those preferring shade as well as keeping the interiors cool.

Shoal Mate Villa's air-conditioned gourmet kitchen is equipped for preparing simple al fresco meals or a multi-course dining event. Marble kitchen counters, dishwasher, large fridge, a separate icemaker, outdoor gas grill and numerous kitchen appliances are all chosen with our guest's convenience in mind. There is even a wine cooler stocked with a selection of wines picked for your enjoyment. Enjoy dining inside at the mahogany table under the chandelier, or casually on the deck.

For maximum privacy all the equally appointed air-conditioned bedrooms are separated by the living areas. Each spacious room, with private bathrooms and an outdoor shower, opens onto a private balcony overlooking the ocean. Mahogany four-poster beds made up with soft white linens, armoires and rattan furnishings with soft tropical colored cushions complete the bedrooms. Three bedrooms offer king size beds. The fourth bedroom contains two twin beds which can be made into a comfortable king. All bedrooms have cable TV.

Wireless internet is available throughout the villa. For our guests who cannot leave their work behind, there is also a separate office with computer and fax machine.

Separate to the main house, on the second floor, a large one-bedroom apartment can be made available for extra guests. The apartment is fully air-conditioned with a queen size bed, full kitchen and bathroom with shower. Views of the beach and ocean from the balcony.

On the ground floor, the air conditioned gym offers free weights, treadmill, elliptical rowing machine, exercise bench and aerobic area. Television, music, shower and changing facilities all add to your workout session.

Shoal Mate Villa maintains a permanent housekeeper six days a week for all your housekeeping and personal laundry needs.
