Description

Little Harbour Estate is located in Little Harbour overlooking the Caribbean Sea within a protective reef with spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea, St Martins and St Barts. It comprises Three Villas built on three acres of tropical gardens. Each villa is completely private with its own beach and walled garden. You can be confident of complete privacy.

Indigo is a beautifully designed house with many interesting features. It embodies the inside/outside living style of the Caribbean with its own tropical lush gardens filled with palm trees, hibiscus and bouganvillea with a spectacular stone swimming pool.

Indigo is a completely separate villa with its own private beach and sundeck. When rented with Little Indigo it enjoys two separate beaches.

Indigo has a master bedroom suite with a large marble ensuite bathroom with walk in shower and walk in dressing rooms. The covered patio area leads into the garden and pool area.

On the upper level there are two double bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms, walk in showers and walk in dressing rooms. These bedrooms and spectacular lounge dining area open onto a large patio with spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea, St Martins and St Barts.

Little Indigo comprises of two bedrooms double ensuite bathrooms and a galley kitchen, patio and pool.

The large master bedroom and sitting area is furnished with a superb Ralph Lauren 6’ 6” four poster bed and has the most incredible views overlooking the reef and sea. It is tastefully furnished throughout with a large bathroom complete with walk-in closet, large walk in shower and an outside shower. The galley kitchen is fitted with a refridgerator, microwave, and dishwasher.

The Guest bedroom is equipped with a double bed, again tastefully furnished in neutrals, built in closet, en suite bathroom with a large shower. Elegant yet simple.

Little Indigo will only be rented separately to Indigo at the discretion of management.
