Description
Exclusivity is a luxurious twenty thousand square foot villa, resplendent with blue pearl granite throughout, which caters to the discriminating client.
We offer five beautifully decorated ocean front bedrooms including a very spacious Master Bedroom. Each bedroom comes with a king-sized bed, central air-conditioning, ceiling fans, cable, internet, DVD player, television, and VCR. A sixth bedroom with a queen-sized bed, private bath, and ocean view is available upon request. There are twelve bathrooms with granite walls and floors. All bedrooms have large walk-in showers, with "his and her" bathrooms in the Master Bedroom. A fully-equipped gym is available for guests wishing to exercise during their stay with us. Each evening our turn-down service is provided to all guest rooms. Our state-of-the-art music system provides soothing sounds throughout the villa. The living room boasts a panoramic view of the ocean, sunset, and Italian furniture which is featured in Architectural Digest
Our heated Olympic-sized pool is surrounded by coral granite, umbrellas and cushioned chairs. Guests can dine poolside, under the forty foot covered terrace, next to the fifteen foot outdoor granite bar. The full tennis court is equipped with viewing stands and lights for night time playing. Exclusivity has its own private licensed helicopter pad on site.
Captains Bay is its own private beach with emerald water and white sands. Close your eyes and smell the light fragrance of tropical gardenia and jasmine lanai carried on the ocean breezes. It is truly a paradise to the senses.
For guests' convenience we offer services for manicure, pedicure, yoga or tennis instruction, massage, and baby-sitter for a nominal fee.
